COBOT PLANNER
DESIGN SAFE HRC APPLICATIONS EASILY AND QUICKLY
Start chevron_right

Disclaimer

This design tool helps cobot users estimate safe robot speeds. Safe speed denotes the maximum speed at which a robot does not exceed biomechanical limits in the event of unintended contact with humans. Unintended contact refers to pinching of or impact with a body part, depending on the hazard situation. You must describe the hazards of the envisioned HRC application accurately enough for the planning tool to estimate safe robot speeds as accurately as possible. Note that the safe speeds output by Cobot Planner are estimates that must be validated on the real robot with appropriate methods. You must be familiar with the following regulations and standards to use Cobot Planner:

  • ISO/TS 15066: Robots and robotic devices - Collaborative robots (ISO/TS 15066:2016)
  • DGUV Information 080: Collaborative robot systems (FB HM 080, visit here)

Cobot Planner stores user input data for only 30 minutes. You can manually reset the timer as often as desired. Once the time expires, the server deletes all input data. You can export and save all input data and reimport them for later use.

More information on Cobot Planner is available on Terms of use and Privacy policy.

I hereby give my consent to Matomo being activated to analyze and statistically evaluate the use of the Cobot Planner. The data collected will only be used internally to improve the Cobot Planner and will not be shared with third parties (learn more).
